BYME was appointed to deliver the full E&M package for this facility that accommodates:

• A 10-storey office building equipped with staff canteen, conference tower, auditorium and carparks
• A 3-storey leisure facility equipped with indoor sport hall, gym, outdoor swimming pool and tennis court
• A 3-storey workshop building equipped with chiller plant room and uniform store
