The Aberdeen Marina Club

This project covers the refurbishment of the existing facility and the set-up of new E&M  facilities to pave way for the subsequent construction works. 

The site execution involved diversion works of the existing 1,600A  busbar trunking systems, plumbing & drainage pipework, installation of new lighting fixtures and small power, and installation of MVAC equipment serving the new ski machine that will be installed in the game room.

To minimize the impact on the operation of the neighboring Ice Rink, the diversion works of the existing busbar trunking system was completed within one night, just in time for the resumption of the Ice Rink operation on the following day.
