Retro-commissioning on government properties

BYME has been tasked to provide retro-commissioning plan for the government properties including Kwai Tsing Theatre, Pei Ho Street Municipal Services Building, Cheung Sha Wan Office, Ha Kwai Chung Polyclinic & Special Education Services Centre, Chai Wan Sports Centre, Chai Wan Swimming Pool, Yue Wan Market, Youth Square, Sai Kung Tseung Kwan O Government Complex, Hong Kong Velodrome, Lam Tin Complex and Lam Tin South Sports Centre.

With the aim to improve energy efficiency, occupant comfort and overall building performance, we investigated the conditions of the electrical, ventilation and air-conditioning systems of the above buildings and carried out analysis for EMSD’s review.
