Trunk Road T2 and Cha Kwo Ling Tunnel

Trunk Road T2 and Cha Kwo Ling Tunnel project (T2 project) is a 3.4km long dual two-lane trunk road together with two ventilation buildings. Once completed, it will be part of the strategic road network, providing an east-west express link between West Kowloon and Tseung Kwan O while relieving the heavily congested road.

BYME has been commissioned to provide design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Systems.

In addition to the first contract, we were tasked to provide installation, testing and commissioning of the Traffic Control and Surveillance System.

The T2 project showcases a meticulous blend of technical expertise and innovative methodologies. As the E&M contractor of the project, BYME Engineering (Hong Kong) Ltd. adopted Multi-trade Integrated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MiMEP) approach in the construction, aiming to enhance safety, streamline operations and increase productivity.
