To keep up with the momentum of Hong Kong’s economy boom, Swire Properties continued their spearheading effort to be the biggest player in the market by constantly developing new properties. 

Built on the foundation of their success with Cityplaza One and Two, the construction of Cityplaza Three and Four was undertaken by Dragages et Travaux Publics together with its E&M arm BYME.

BYME successfully delivered the complete E&M package accommodating two 23-storey grade-A office towers sharing a common basement.
